INTERFAITH ADVOCACY DAY SACRED SOLIDARITY: FAITH IN ACTION
Date & Time: April 14, 2026 10:00 AM
Location: First Unitarian Church of OKC, 600 NW 13th St.
Overview
Join Us for Interfaith Advocacy Day
Interfaith Advocacy Day is all about uniting folks from different faiths to stand up for tolerance, justice, and inclusion of diverse voices. This show of solidarity makes visible the beautiful range of perspectives, experiences, traditions, and beliefs across the state. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to meet new people and advocate for a more just Oklahoma.
We will start by gathering at First Unitarian Church of OKC for some quick workshops going over our priorities and talking points, then we’ll join together for a short interfaith service. We’ll eat lunch together, and then head to Capitol.
Accessibility: At the Capitol, there is some distance between the parking lot and the entrance, so some walking is required. You can get dropped off at the entrance. Read more about accessibility here: https://www.okhouse.gov/visitor-disabilities
